What is meant by the diet? Everyone knows the key to lose weight is to set dieting. Diets are dietary adjustments that will be consumed each day in a healthy way. In making a healthy dietary, you can reduce the amount of calories consumed, but other nutritional intake must be maintained in balance. Here are some proper ways in the running of healthy and correct diet:

*)  Don’t forget to have breakfast

Eat small meals portions but frequently is the best way for diet, because this will increase your metabolism and help to lose weight. You can eat 5 times a day to 3-4 hours with the choices of right and healthy food.

*)  Eat at the right time
You should avoid large meals 2-3 hours before bedtime because these foods will become deposition of fat in the body especially for foods containing carbohydrate and high protein.

*)  Select the foods with high fiber

Drinking enough water is one factor that is important in the diet correct. According to research done by drinking two cups of water before meals is the best way to lose weight. Therefore to meet the needs of mineral water, you drink every day as much as 7-8 cups per day.

Diet is one of the alternative ways to lose weight or to keep and maintain a healthy body. Dieting should not be done arbitrary, because a mistake in the dieting actually endangers health of the body. By dieting, it means that we are making the change to our behavior, which is likely to give a different effect than usual we feel.
