In making a healthy dietary, you can reduce the amount of calories consumed, but other nutritional intake must be maintained in balance. Here are some proper ways in the running of healthy and correct diet:

Eat small meals portions but frequently is the best way for diet, because this will increase your metabolism and help to lose weight. You can eat 5 times a day to 3-4 hours with the choices of right and healthy food.

*)  Eat at the right time
You should avoid large meals 2-3 hours before bedtime because these foods will become deposition of fat in the body especially for foods containing carbohydrate and high protein.

*)  Select the foods with high fiber

Diet is one of the alternative ways to lose weight or to keep and maintain a healthy body. To tackle child obesity, parents are advised to maintain nutritional intake of children. Because, obesity is often caused by the child's food intake that is not controlled, especially fast food and high fat. The following are some healthy diet to prevent child obesity:

1)    Consumption fruit and vegetables enough
Teaching the children to choose healthy foods from an early age are not easy. Environmental factors and the taste of food sometimes become reason why the children prefer snacks outside the home. However, the child should still be guided to eat nutritious foods to get accustomed to adults.

2)    Limit consumption of sugar, and drink more mineral water.
You have to train it from an early age, maybe you can start to tell as a result of consuming too many sugary foods are not good for body health or even to teeth.

3)    Exercise 3 times a week.
To avoid child obesity, encourage your child to do the simple and interesting exercise, for example by doing gymnastics for children with the cheerful music accompaniment.

So to determine BMI (body mass index) can be done by: dividing body weight in kilograms by height squared in meters. If the BMI of person around 25-30 so they include of overweight category, but if their BMI exceeds 30, so they are including of obesity category.

Besides that, the people who are obese are likely to have problems with physical and psychological. Obesity causes some problems such as depression, anxiety, and lower self-confidence. Not only that, people with obese is also estimated to affect the fertility of men and women. Therefore, the treatment obese should also be implemented well, both physically and psychological. So, to overcome obesity is not just to lose weight, but also changing the overall lifestyle.
